Ingredients
- 1 breadfruit, peeled and diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced

- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the diced breadfruit for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and let it cool.
