Moo Ping (lao-style Grilled Pork Chops)

Moo Ping is a popular Lao street food dish consisting of marinated and grilled pork chops. The marinade infuses the pork with a sweet and savory flavor, while grilling gives it a delicious smoky char. This recipe is perfect for a summer barbecue or a simple weeknight dinner.
