Moo Ping (thai Grilled Pork Skewers)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Bamboo skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Add the pork slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated pork slices onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the pork skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve the Moo Ping hot off the grill with sticky rice and a side of sweet chili dipping sauce.
