Moo Ping (thai Grilled Pork Skewers)

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Add the pork slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated pork slices onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the pork skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve the Moo Ping hot off the grill with sticky rice and a side of sweet chili dipping sauce.
