Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the pork belly, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, and black pepper.

  3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
