Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Continue to heat the milk, stirring occasionally, until it is hot but not boiling, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the moon milk into mugs and enjoy warm.
