Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped mopane worms, onion, and parsley.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
