Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped mopane worms, onion, and parsley.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the mopane worm fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
