Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 lb white fish fillets, such as cod or snapper
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
