Mordovian Potato And Mushroom Pierogi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
