Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, coriander, paprika, 1/4 cup chopped mint, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
