Moroccan Mint Tea Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons loose Moroccan mint tea leaves
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the Moroccan mint tea leaves to the cream mixture, remove from heat, and let steep for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it soften for 5 minutes.
- Reheat the cream mixture until it is hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and strain out the tea leaves.
- Stir in the softened gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- To serve, dip the bottom of each ramekin in hot water for a few seconds, then run a knife around the edge to loosen the panna cotta. Invert onto a plate to unmold.
