Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs (700g) beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the stovetop grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, onion, and red bell pepper onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Grill the kebabs for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
