Ingredients

  • 2 cups morogo (wild spinach), chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the morogo and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the morogo mixture and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
  7. Once the cheese has melted, remove from heat and serve hot.
