Morogo Melt

Ingredients
- 2 cups morogo (wild spinach), chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the morogo and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the morogo mixture and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
- Once the cheese has melted, remove from heat and serve hot.
