Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup brown lentils
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 cups vegetable broth

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and diced carrots, and sauté until the vegetables are softened.
