Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the cumin, paprika, and turmeric to the pot, and stir for a minute to toast the spices.
