Ingredients
- 6 sheets of phyllo dough
- 2 large eggplants, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush each phyllo sheet with olive oil and layer them on top of each other.
