Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb, cut into chunks

- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the lamb chunks over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the carrots, potatoes, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Add the bay leaves, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
