Ingredients

  • 500g venison mince
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500g puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the venison mince, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Divide the venison mixture into 12 portions and shape each portion into a sausage shape.
