Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 50g granulated sugar

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture, then fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Finally, gently fold in the whipped egg whites until well combined.
  7. Divide the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
