Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, white vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
