Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
