Ingredients
- 200g fresh mozuku seaweed
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Soak the fresh mozuku seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- In a large bowl, combine the mozuku seaweed, sliced cucumber, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, grated ginger, salt, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
