Ingredients
- 500g fresh mozuku seaweed
- 1 liter water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Soak the fresh mozuku seaweed in water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse well.
- In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.
- Add the soaked mozuku seaweed to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
