Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
