Ingredients
- 1 kg of pork or beef, cut into chunks
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the meat, onions, vinegar, olive oil, water, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the meat is coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
