Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pork, onion, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the meat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork and onion onto skewers, alternating between the meat and onion chunks.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice charred exterior.
- Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
