Mughlai Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 capsicum, diced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion and diced capsicum until they are slightly caramelized.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
