Mughlai Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 capsicum, diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion and diced capsicum until they are slightly caramelized.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
