Mughlai Paratha

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 250g minced meat (chicken or lamb)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with water to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small circle. Place a portion of the minced meat mixture in the center and fold the edges of the dough to enclose the filling. Roll it out gently into a paratha.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the paratha with oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
- Serve the Mughlai Paratha hot with yogurt, pickles, or chutney.
