Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup almond milk and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the remaining almond milk and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.
  5. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with ground pistachios.
