Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- Ground pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup almond milk and cornstarch until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine the remaining almond milk and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rose water.
- Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Before serving, garnish with ground pistachios.
