Ingredients
- 3 large red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
- Pulse the mixture until smooth.
- While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dip is creamy.
