Ingredients

  • 3 large red bell peppers, roasted and peeled
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Pulse the mixture until smooth.
  3. While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the dip is creamy.
  4. Season with salt to taste and pulse to combine.
