Ingredients

Instructions

- Dredge the cooled cassava chunks in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated cassava chunks in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the muhogo za kukaanga hot and crispy.
