Ingredients
- 2 packs of naengmyeon noodles
- 4 cups of beef or vegetable broth
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Instructions
- Boil the naengmyeon noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, mix the beef or vegetable broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and mustard to make the broth.
- Divide the noodles into serving bowls and pour the broth over them.
- Add the sliced hard-boiled eggs, julienned cucumber, julienned Asian pear, and pickled radish on top of the noodles.
- Add ice cubes to each bowl to keep the noodles cold.
