Ingredients

  • 2 packs of naengmyeon noodles
  • 4 cups of beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

  • 1 Asian pear, julienned
  • 4 slices of pickled radish
  • 4 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil the naengmyeon noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef or vegetable broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and mustard to make the broth.
  3. Divide the noodles into serving bowls and pour the broth over them.
  4. Add the sliced hard-boiled eggs, julienned cucumber, julienned Asian pear, and pickled radish on top of the noodles.
  5. Add ice cubes to each bowl to keep the noodles cold.
