Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash the mung beans and rice, then soak them in water for 30 minutes.

- Drain the soaked mung beans and rice, and add them to the pot. Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt. Stir well.
- Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Then, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the mung beans and rice are cooked and the mixture thickens.
