Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice blend
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and tikka masala spice blend. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until softened and fragrant.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cilantro, then add the cooked chicken back to the skillet. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas and spoon the chicken tikka masala mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up the burritos and serve hot.
