Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to make a marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the yogurt mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes per batch.
  5. Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
