Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water

- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the egg and water, then mix until a smooth batter forms. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ground meat, onions, beaten eggs, curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it thinly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is set.
- Spoon a portion of the meat mixture onto one half of the pancake. Fold the other half over to cover the filling, creating a half-moon shape. Press the edges to seal.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
- Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
