Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 8 pieces of prata (thin pancake)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped onions, eggs, curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions.
- Place a portion of the meat mixture onto a piece of prata and spread it evenly, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Fold the edges of the prata over the meat mixture to enclose it completely, forming a square parcel.
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the murtabak until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Repeat the process for the remaining portions of meat mixture and prata.
- Serve the murtabak hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
