Musakhan Pizza (بيتزا المسخن)

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground sumac
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the sumac, cumin, and salt, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Brush the dough with olive oil.
- Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the dough, then top with the shredded chicken, pine nuts, and chopped parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are heated through.
