Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground sumac
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the sumac, cumin, and salt, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
