Ingredients
- 4 pabda fish fillets
- 4 tbsp mustard paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 banana leaves
Instructions
- Marinate the fish fillets with mustard paste, turmeric powder, green chilies, yogurt, sugar, and salt for 15 minutes.
- Wrap each marinated fish fillet in a banana leaf and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat a pan and place the wrapped fish parcels in it. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
- Once the fish is cooked, serve hot with steamed rice.
