Ingredients
- 500g mutton, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Add the mutton pieces and cook until the meat is browned.
- Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mutton is tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
