Ingredients
- 500g ground mutton
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground mutton, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into small round balls to form the koftas.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the koftas until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the koftas from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the mutton koftas hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
