Mutton Seekh Kebab (spiced Lamb Kebabs)

Ingredients
- 500g minced mutton (lamb)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced mutton, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Knead the mixture well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion onto skewers to form kebabs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney or naan bread.
