Ingredients
- 250g beef, thinly sliced
- 200g egg noodles
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until it's no longer pink.
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
- Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the boiled noodles to the beef mixture and toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
