Muya Masala Mein (spicy Beef Noodles)

Ingredients

  • 250g beef, thinly sliced
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add the sliced beef and cook until it's no longer pink.
  5. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  6. Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add the boiled noodles to the beef mixture and toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
