Muya Masala (spicy Beef Stir-fry)

Ingredients

  • 500g beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the beef slices and cook until they are browned.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
