Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour with enough water to form a smooth dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls to form the dumplings.
- In a pot, bring the milk to a boil and add the sugar and cardamom powder.
- Gently drop the rice dumplings into the boiling milk.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the dumplings are cooked and the milk has thickened.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
