Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, and salt to form a smooth batter.
- Add the chicken wings to the batter, ensuring they are well coated, and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
- Carefully place the marinated chicken wings in the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the fried chicken wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
