Naan

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the warm water and yogurt to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Roll out each ball of dough into a teardrop shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush the naan with melted butter.
- Cook the naan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove from the pan and brush with more melted butter before serving.
