Ingredients
- 500g beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp akhuni (fermented soybean)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4-5 green chilies, slit

- 2-3 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with akhuni, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
- Add the marinated beef and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender.
- Add the green chilies and grated ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.
