Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2-3 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add black sesame seeds. Roast until fragrant and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in the turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in water, cover the pan, and simmer until the beef is tender.
- Add the roasted black sesame seeds and green chilies. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
