Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 10-12 King Chilli (Bhut Jolokia), finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2-3 tablespoons mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Sauté for a minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
- Add the chicken pieces, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is almost done.
- Add the finely chopped King Chilli and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have melded, remove from heat.
