Naga Style Fish With King Chilli

Ingredients

  • 500g fish fillets
  • 10-12 king chillies
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until it turns into a thick paste.
  4. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked.
  5. Add the king chillies and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
