Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets
- 10-12 king chillies
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the fish fillets with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomato and cook until it turns into a thick paste.
- Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked.
- Add the king chillies and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
